Hometowns Need Homes
Preserving the Vibrant Community of Bolinas and Stinson Beach
Join Us: BCLT Turns 40-ish!
Saturday, April 18 at The Borg Barn
Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 18 — afternoon ’til late — at the Borg Barn.
Our 40th anniversary slipped by quietly during the pandemic, so this year we’re making up for lost time. Join us for a joyful, community-powered “40-ish” Birthday Celebration alongside our Annual Membership Meeting.
This won’t just be a meeting — it will be a full-on celebration of four decades of protecting homes, preserving affordability, and keeping Bolinas rooted.

There will be tacos, there will be drinks, and there will be dancing.
We’ll gather the people, stories, and spirit that have sustained this work for 40 years — and look ahead to the next 40. Please RSVP here, and remember to include your family and friends.
Interested in volunteering at our celebration? We would love the extra hands on April 17,18 and 19th. Reach out to info@bolinaslandtrust.org and we’ll loop you in on volunteer opportunities.
Let’s celebrate what we’ve built — together.

Latest News from the Bolinas Community Land Trust
It’s more than a moment. It’s a movement.
As a member of the California Community Land Trust Network, BCLT is part of a collective spanning the state from Humboldt to San Diego County, stewarding over 1,700 permanently affordable homes and housing more than 3,500 Californians.
CACLT Network members actively combat the displacement of BIPOC and low-income families by keeping over $220 million in community assets off the speculative market and under community control. With 27 established groups across the state and many more emerging, Community Land Trusts are a growing force at a time when rising housing costs are pushing our neighbors out of their homes.
