Our Work
The Bolinas Community Land Trust is committed to long-term, community-driven solutions that address both the housing crisis and infrastructure needs in Bolinas. Through a variety of projects and programs, we focus on building and preserving affordable homes, providing safe housing for local families, and fostering a resilient, inclusive community. Each initiative is designed to meet the unique needs of our residents while protecting the character and diversity of Bolinas for future generations.
From affordable homeownership opportunities to infrastructure initiatives like the Bolinas Pilot Septic Program—which promotes environmental health and supports the creation of additional dwelling units on the Gridded Mesa—our work addresses both immediate housing needs and long-term sustainability.
If you have a question about a project you may contact us at info@bolinaslandtrust.org.
