A BRIGHTER FUTURE

FOR BOLINAS AND STINSON BEACH

2024 IMPACT REPORT

Thank you for being part of our community —Your Support Matters Now More Than Ever

The Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT) is dedicated to preserving the vibrant community that surrounds Bolinas Bay by providing permanently affordable housing and protecting local land from speculation.

This year, with your help, we’ve been able to achieve something remarkable. Through our affordable rental properties and homeownership projects, BCLT is now housing 7% of the combined population of Bolinas and Stinson Beach. These community members who would otherwise be priced out of the area are able to put down permanent roots thanks to your support.

But we need your help to bridge the gap and continue this crucial work. Addressing the housing crisis head-on requires us to be nimble and agile. While we continue to secure public funding and grants, these sources are often restricted and slow-moving, limiting our ability to pivot when the unexpected arises.

By giving an unrestricted donation, you give us the power to act. Whether that’s acquiring new properties, addressing unforeseen repairs or advancing key projects that are close to the finish line, unrestricted funds are essential.

Furthermore, for every dollar donated in 2024, we tripled its value with public funds. That’s a 3-to-1 match, giving your contribution three times the impact. This is a unique opportunity to multiply your impact and help create safe, stable housing for generations.

With your generosity, we can ensure that Bolinas and Stinson Beach remain a place where everyone belongs.

Thank you for being part of our community and for supporting a cause that touches so many lives.

In service,
Annie O’Connor
Executive Director
