Homes for Sale in Bolinas on Overlook Drive! Applications available 10/19/22
The BCLT is thrilled to announce that applications will be available on October 19, 2022, for the two homes for sale on Overlook Dr. The deadline to apply is 5:00 PM (PST) on November 9, 2022.
Interested applicants must pre-apply for the lottery through our website at: https://www.bolinaslandtrust.org/affordable-housing. Those on our waitlist who have marked their interest in homeownership will be sent a lottery application invitation on October 19, 2022, by Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco.
If you have already signed up for the BCLT waitlist and marked your interest in homeownership, you do not need to do so again. Please feel free to email us to confirm your application selections.
Please note you must do two things to apply:
1. Join the BCLT's waitlist through the link above
2. Attend one information session
Information sessions are being held on the following dates:
- Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 12 pm via Zoom
- Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 6 pm via Zoom
- Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 10 am in Bolinas at the Fire Department Community Room, 100 Mesa Road, Bolinas, CA
A virtual lottery will be held on November 11, 2022, to determine the order in which applications are processed. Attendance is optional.
