Bo-Linda Vista Update

We are delighted to share that the RV campground has a new name. Residents selected Bo-Linda Vista, “Linda” meaning beautiful. We know there is a lot of interest in the campground, and residents would like to ask for neighbors and strangers to respect their privacy as they continue to settle in. Families recently gathered to create signs to help clarify the private property boundaries.

Unfortunately, there have been performance issues with some of the new RVs. You may see RVs coming and going as we work with the manufacturer to swap them out. The total number of RVs will not increase. We are committed to ensuring our neighbors at the Bo-Linda Vista RV Park have safe temporary housing while their long term homes are being constructed.

Privacy fencing is a priority for residents, as well as many members of our community. Due to the Coastal Commission appeal, designs and plans have been delayed. We have settled on cattle fencing with native plant screening, and will begin on construction as soon as weather and conditions allow.
